In the same skillet, melt the remaining 1 tablespoon butter over medium-high heat and add in the kale. Toss it around with tongs and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. Add in the cooked squash and gently toss together.

Greetings! Sorry I am late! Been a very busy week. As some of you know my grandson which was born Oct 1 with a medical emergency, Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia is what we learned he had only days before he was born. So, I have been going back and forth to Shands to help my daughter. Happy to say "Wyatt" came home to Georgia this week!!! Thank you! to many of you that have been praying for our families and for being very patient with me these past weeks including missing one of our CSA weeks! Happy to report we should be getting back to normal or a "new normal".... This week in our boxes we have new potatoes, onion, carrots, celery, apples, bananas, zucchini, cucumbers, bell peppers and spaghetti squash. What a great variety! Bryan is looking forward to his yummy greens coming in with this cooler weather. Yay, that means in the coming weeks look for kale, swiss chard and collards in your boxes! Our cucumbers are coming along and it will probably be at least another month before our greenhouse tomatoes will be ready. We also are so very happy to announce that Harvest Moon Market LLC is Certified Organic by Quality Certification Services!!! It has been a very involved process that we are proud to have completed. Our phone service or (lack there of) has been resolved....whew!! So I apologize for any inconvenience it may of caused, especially trying to re-sign back up for your monthly subscriptions. Technology is not always smoothly accessed! *Reminder* new pick up location for any of our awesome customers in Tallahassee is New Leaf Market on Wed. between 4-6pm and also we have been participating every Sat. morning at Bainbridge Farmers Market downtown on West St. so be sure to come see us and all of the other vendors from 8am until 12 noon!! Thank you very much!!
